Inbound Sales Consultant – Graduates Welcome – up to £27k basic – Reading – Hybrid

A great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a consultative sales/sales support environment to join a growing technology business in Reading as an Inbound Sales Consultant.

You will start in an administrative position, supporting the Internal Sales team. With a 3-month training plan in place, you will grow into the role, managing inbound sales enquiries and issuing quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Taking, managing and converting sales enquiries
• Creating and issuing quotes and dealing with customer order
• Monitoring and chasing ongoing sales pipeline
• Accurate and timely maintenance of all relevant CRM systems and statistics relevant to your pipeline of sales
• Maintain appropriate communication and liaison with other teams in the business to ensure smooth implementation of new clients
• Whilst a predominantly internal sales role, there may be a need to travel to prospective clients when necessary

Skills/attributes:

• Degree level education or significant relevant experience
• Experience in a sales/ sales support role
• Passionate to work in a B2B environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Self-directed, highly energetic, professional and flexible
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent verbal and written skills
