Inbound Sales Executive

This role is in-person, on-site from 09:00 am until 17:30pm
We are not offering Hybrid or flexi-time. We are not looking for part-time.

Bouden Travel are looking for two new inbound sales executives to join our busy office.

A chance to work in the exciting world of travel, our office based in Castle Bromwich Birmingham is modern, fresh and looking for new local talent to join the team.

As peak season approaches, we are looking for positive people with a can-do attitude who work well under pressure and enjoy a busy sales environment.

Day to day duties include:

• answering calls
• chasing payments
• sending quotations
• booking trips for clients
• answering clients queries
• providing amazing customer service
• updating our CRM system
• sending emails
• creating and sending invoices
• taking the time to get to know the clients and sell our services

Here at Bouden Travel, we cater for all kinds of clientelle. You will get the chance to speak with people on all levels of the corporate ladder as well as from all walks of life.

We offer Car, MPV, Minibus and Coach Hire services with a driver for businesses and private hire clients. We take people across the UK and Europe on a daily basis.

Must haves:

• 2 + years of office based sales experience
• a positive can do attitude
• experience using CRM systems
• Excellent written and spoken English grammar
• 5 + years experience using microsoft packages

Nice to haves:

• Experience using Sageone or accounting software
• Experience working in the travel industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
