Purpose of Role:

To support WCCTV’s Finance department, ensuring that Customer and Supplier communication is accurate and timely, whilst always adopting a Customer First attitude.

Key Duties:

Billing & Credit Control

• Raise all UK Managed Services (rental) invoices.
• Support in raising UK managed service (rental) credit notes.
• Carry out Credit Checks for new and existing Customers.
• Support in the chasing of Customer Debts.

Purchase Ledger and expenses

• Support with Statement Reconciliations.
• Assist in posting Employee Expense Journals.
• Assist in the collation and checking of employee credit card expenses.
• Support in managing Petty Cash.

Reporting

• Production and distribution of the global daily bank balances email to the prescribed mailing list.
• Daily update of the Cash Flow forecast.
• Produce Competitor Analysis for Management Review.

Management/Financial Accounting

• Assist the Management Accountant in the reporting and analysing of business overhead spend.
• Assist in the completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with the creation of the Year end Audit File.
