Start Date : Upon Completion. As soon as possible.

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to work with one of the country’s fastest growing female influencers, she has several million followers across all platforms. A perfect role for someone with attention to detail, but also happy to do any job that helps the business. Someone that the influencer can depend on and help take her to the next level.

Due to the influencers size , her identity would be revealed upon the acceptance of an interview.

You will work on a one-to-one basis with her on a variety of tasks, acting as a point of contact between herself, her manager and her clients.

Work will be carried out with influencer at her home, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. She has an industry leading style office ready to be filled.

Requirements:

• Social media knowledge, experience working with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter.
• Experience filming and creating content.
• Must be able to travel and work with her in Eastleigh.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A full and clean UK drivers licence

Responsibilities

• Organise Shoots, help set up lighting , camera and arrange anything needed for the client.
• Dealing with personal jobs on daily basis.
• Answer brand and company emails
• Organise the influencers calendar, diary management.
• Pay / help with bills within business
• General PA duties
