Insurance Technician

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, amend, and update data onto their systems.
• Creating document templates using information sourced from files
• Managing day to day correspondence with clients, ensuring work is prioritised, and completed within the correct time frame
• Creating electronic and paper files
• Quality control – document checking.
• Data entry
• Reviewing claims
• Processing and calculating premiums

Requirements

• Previous experience within insurance is highly desirable
• High attention to detail, with the ability to analyse key information.
• Aptitude for working with numbers
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
