Insurer Relationship Manager

About The Role

The RAC currently have exciting new positions within their Insurance Team, as they look to grow the team to match the company’s future ambitions. We are looking for an Insurer Relationship Manager in Bradley Stoke near Bristol with hybrid working.

The key function of this role is to develop and manage relationships with selected insurer partner contacts to ensure delivery of competitive, stable and resilient net rates and support the Line Manager in all aspects of the insurer placement strategy.

What You’ll Do…

• Support maintenance of insurer business plans.
• Manage designated accounts to internal and external targets.
• Ensure governance requirements of insurer account management are adhered to.
• Proactively managing communication internally and externally.
• Capture and track performance of accounts against insurer profitability targets.

What You’ll Need…

The ideal candidate will have experience of Insurance and Financial Services products, along with the following;

• Experience and knowledge of the UK Personal Lines insurance.
• Prior experience of managing partner accounts.
• Demonstrable market awareness of insurance, including current trends and challenges.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
• Strong Analytical skills, ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
