Honeywell is hiring a Product Offering Manager Intern to support offering management and product marketing activities. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio. The role will involve market/competitor analysis, capturing the needs of customers, converting those needs into outcome-based solutions with clear value propositions for both Honeywell and the customer, enabling strategy-related discussions and the creation of business cases for offering development which will provide outstanding financial outcomes. The offering manager drives ideas through our development process with the engineering team & supply chain, and then to the launch phase by working with channel marketing and commercial sales team.

You will work directly for the Product Offering Team who will provide guidance, mentorship and be a sounding board for your project(s). You would also be expected to understand topics such as Smart Buildings, Digital engineering, the role of technology in achieving sustainability goals, Net Zero, ESG, and IoT.

Marketing Offering Manager Intern responsibilities

• Conduct market research – Competitor analysis & Market analysis
• Specification generation of Offerings and technical discussion with the engineering team on implementation
• Voice of the Customer – To understand pain points and needs
• Strategic pricing
• New Product Launches – Supporting channel marketing and commercial sales teams

Honeywell is hiring a Marketing Offering Manager Intern to support the product marketing activities. You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes. You will provide analysis of various product platforms, initiate and complete problem solving and develop countermeasures / process improvements. You will work directly for the Product Offering Team who will provide guidance, mentorship and be a sounding board for your project(s).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration or similar
