With sales in excess of £90m across 30+ sites and a team of 450+ people, LBS Builders Merchants, South Wales’s largest independent builders’ merchant is looking for the best people to join its Sales team.

As an Internal Sales Assistant you will be joining a successful team. You will be required to generate, and co-ordinate sales while will also be supporting the Branch Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets as well as creating and maintaining a loyal customer base and providing a first-class service.

We are looking or someone that:

• Has a track record of success in a Sales role.
• Is committed to delivering and maintaining outstanding customer service.
• Has excellent communication skills and is a motivated and flexible team worker.
• Is target-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Is passionate about building knowledge and developing their career at a growing company
  
  Hours of work: On average 43.25 hours per week covering the branch opening times between 7.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings 08:00am – 12 noon.

Salary: £25,000:00 per annum
