So what’s the mission of our Jeweller role?

“To create a memorable & engaging customer experience and to solidify this experience by welding our solid gold seamless bracelets onto our customer’s wrists”.

What does success look like in this role?

• Provide welding services in store including, but not limited to, welding or soldering a bracelet around a customer’s wrist.
• Using the welding machine & equipment correctly and with care, and raising any issues with your line manager.
• Providing an exceptional customer service at all times whilst keeping up to date with current promotions and product knowledge.

What would you like from me?

• Experience with a welding or soldering machine.
• Relevant jewellery experience/interest.
