We have an exciting new role for those wishing to diverse from the regular Support Work.

We have acquired a new client based in Swansea City Centre looking for support with individuals aged 18+ who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Swansea.

Our client manages a rehousing project with 13 rooms and 1 Emergency Bed. The client’s aim is to support individuals on into accommodation that suits their needs.

We are looking for individuals to provide emotional and practical support to individuals who may have experienced trauma, rough-sleeping, poor mental health, substance addiction, offending, amongst others.

Your role would be to work closely with residents to identify their goals and aspirations.

Good communication skills are essential.

Shift patterns - long days, waking nights, sleep ins, Monday – Sunday.

Driver not essential as local transport links close by.

For drivers - there is on street ‘pay as go’ parking close by.

For suitable applicants looking to advance permanent roles are available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Salary: From £11.00 per hour

Day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Overnight shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Swansea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Support Work: 1 year (required)
