Reporting directly to the CTO, you will code with inspiration and clarity, driving quality of delivery and explore and learn about new technologies.
As a graduate, we’ll expect you to be eager to develop your skills and work across different disciplines to find your niche. We’ll support you with learning opportunities, training and certifications.


This is a submission to our graduate recruitment pool. We’ll be reviewing CVs in the next few months for roles starting in Summer 2023.



Responsibilities & Contributions

  • Contribute to the technical implementation, delivery and testing of web and mobile applications.

  • Code up pre-designed user experiences to bring customer's ideas to reality.

  • Share your enthusiasm for Continuous Delivery and agile best practices.

  • Communicate with our clients throughout the development process.

  • Day-to-day hands-on coding, collaborative working (eg: Mobbing/Pairing).

  • Transform our clients with effective technical end-to-end delivery.

  • Keep learning and sharing knowledge with the team.

  • Keep a close eye on usability and accessibility.

Knowledge & Experience

  • An eagerness to expand your knowledge in a variety of technologies, such as TypeScript, .NET, React and Node.js.

  • Ready to work in dynamic full-stack agile delivery teams.

  • Enthusiasm for BDD, TDD and SOLID.

  • An understanding of continuous integration processes and pipelines.

  • Love clean code.

  • Passionate to keep learning and to adapt to new technologies.
