You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Avonmouth, Portishead, Bristol, Nailsea, Pill, Severn Beach, Weston, Patchway, Long Ashton, Thornbury, Chew Magna. Other locations will also be considered.

Are you from a Facilities Management background looking to move into a UK industry leader within the FM sector where you will be responsible for managing multiple sites/contracts within a specialist facilities company?

This would role would suit a facilities management professional looking for an autonomous and challenging role within a company well known for their excellent benefits package and continued progression opportunities.

The role is Based out of Bristol and will involve managing multiple facilities contracts within South West/East England.

The company are at the forefront of their industry and work across a wide range of sectors that are mainly public or residential focused and due to continued investment and significant expansion plans at all levels of the business they continue go from strength to strength.

This position would suit a facilities management professional looking for a long-term permanent position within an industry-leading company that continues to go from strength to strength.

The Role:

- Managing and overseeing a wide range of complex facilities-based contracts for blue-chip clients

- Based out of the Bristol office with travel to other sites within South West and South East England

- Most of the work will be within the Residential and Public sectors

- Duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Managing large teams, Kpi’s, Managing Budgets, customer focused and much more

- Part of a large UK-based company so further progression will be available in the future

The Person:

- Facilities management background

- You will hold a Health and Safety based qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH or similar

- Previous experience leading large teams

- Commutable from Bristol

- Driving License
