CHEF MANAGER

We have a great opportunity for a Chef Manager to join our team at ACCORD. Your role will be to lead and manage a small team within our busy Catering Department providing a high quality catering service to patients, staff, volunteers and visitors.

Your daily duties will be supervising the team ensuring the efficient running of the Catering Department at all times. Other aspects of this role include assisting with all food preparation, cooking, customer service, cleaning duties, stocktaking, record keeping, infection control procedures and other reasonable requests as directed. Food Hygiene Intermediate Certificate is essential. Previous experience in a similar role is essential covering Food Hygiene Standards, Health & Safety and effective leadership skills.


Hours : 37 hours per week, mainly covering various shifts Monday to Friday.

Must be flexible to cover additional hours at weekends if required.

Salary - £25,808 pro rata.
