Full Job Description

We are a small care company providing day services on a 1:1 basis Monday - Friday to 30 individuals with learning difficulties and complex needs. We are based in a fully equipped building in the BS16 area of Bristol.

W e provide a full induction and training programme to support candidates in completing a successful probation period

Various hours/days available to be worked between 7.15am & 5.30pm

Shift patterns Mon - Fri (7.15am -5.30pm)

Hourly Rate £10.50 an hour

20 days Annual Leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Requirements for the position:

A passion and enthusiasm for providing high quality care and support to adults with learning difficulties and complex needs as part of a friendly, dedicated and committed team.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work both as part of a team and on an individual basis

A willingness to undertake a range of training and development opportunities to enable you to meet the needs of the individuals we support.

You will need a valid uk driving licence to fulfil the duties of the post which involves driving a range of company wheelchair accessible vehicles.

You will need to hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
