Bakery Assistant/baker

Bakery Team Member
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic baker/pastry chef who will be responsible for every aspect of baking and food preparation in our kitchen,typical duties include:

• Stocking checking and ordering ingredients
• Weighing and measuring ingredients
• Decorating pastries and other desserts using a variety of different sauces, toppings and other items
• Contributing ideas to the menu
• Be able to make croissants/pastries
• Recruiting, hiring and training Assistants or Junior Bakers as we grow the business
• Operating a variety of kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment

Ideally you must have minimum 1 years work experience in a professional kitchen, be able to work alone and also as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £21,259.00 per year
