The extensive team cover acute stroke assessment, rehab and neurology rehab across our 2 modern neurology units. (Pinderfields and Dewsbury)
The hyperacute stroke and rehab unit at Pinderfields and Neurology and stroke rehab at Dewsbury have a very experienced team of therapists and MDT. The successful candidate will have opportunity to work on both sites and build skills in assessment and treatment in both stroke and neurology.
The preferred candidate should have some experience of working within the stroke / neurology speciality.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in specialist assessment, rehab and complex discharge planning as well as contribute to service development and improvement. You will have the opportunity to supervise junior staff and students.
A flexible approach is required to ensure 7 day working.
