A growing entrepreneurial firm are looking to add an Associate/Senior Associate to their ECM and M&A team at 4+PQE.

The team are Tier 1 ranked within AIM ECM transactions, as well as Corporate M&A transactions, allowing for an excellent quality of work servicing high net worth entrepreneurs, major corporates and start ups. The firm also offer a good work life balance and career progression, offering a change from the traditional city firms.

A successful candidate will have strong Equity Capital Markets and M&A experience from a reputable city, international or entrepreneurial firm.
