HR Business Partner

SF have partnered with an organisation in Warwick who are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent, hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive HR function, in a very generalist role where you will have influence in a number of different areas.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing support and advice on a number of different staffing issues
• Managing a diverse caseload
• Getting involved in organisational development and change projects
• Performance management
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Collaborating with the wider HR team
• Covering all aspects of Employee Relations and managing complex cases .

Locations: Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull
