Experienced Bar Person

La Boca is a 54+ seated Argentinian Steakhouse in the heart of Doncaster town centre.

We are looking to appoint a bar person to work under our Restaurant Manager to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with us from the moment they come through the door until the moment they leave. Bar Staff will play a pivotal role in the dining experience by providing drinks which are both pleasing to the eye and taste palette.

Previous bar experience is essential and a working knowledge of cocktail making is desirable. Outgoing, customer/solution focussed attitudes are essential as is the ability to work as part of a large team to bring the best possible dining experience for our customers. The right candidate will be able to work as part of our established team and also on their own as required.

The ability to maintain cool and run multiple tickets cohesively during busy times is essential as is the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure that the bar delivers high quality drinks consistently.

Salary: £10.18-£12.00 per hour

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (required)
