Behaviour Mentor (Secondary School) - Birmingham

Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work in a Secondary School in Birmingham. This position is a rewarding post which enables the right candidate to build positive rapport up with staff, students & parents. This post can come with plenty of progression for the right candidate who show a willingness to learn and progress.

**Previous School Experience is required for this role**

- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour

- A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties

- Confidence to lead a small intervention group (various core subject lessons)

- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
