Operations Manager

Package:
- £50,000 - £55,000
- Company Pension Scheme. (Minimum 5%, Company currently contributes 5%).

- Working hours M-F 7am-4pm
THE OPPORTUNITY: You will report directly to the General Manager and will have 2 Production Managers reporting into you. This is a Monday to Friday days position based at the Coventry site. The role will focus on increasing production levels, driving continuous improvement and providing structure and organisation.

Essential
- Operations or Production Management experience
- Highly organised
- Experience driving continuous improvement
- Experience in high paced environments

- Good technical/engineering ability
