Exam Invigilator

We are looking for reliable, confident individuals to offer a reassuring presence to our pupils as they sit both internal and national exams.

No experience is necessary as full training will be given but you must be able to commit to a minimum of four mornings and/or afternoons a week during the exam period. Typical sessions run 8.45am to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.00pm; further availability and flexibility is welcomed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Upholding the integrity and security of the examination process;
• Supervising and observing candidates at all times;
• Completing attendance registers;
• Securely returning all exam scripts and materials to the exams officer.

In return, you would be part of a friendly team and enjoy a complimentary lunch, £11.50/hr plus car parking expenses.

The Royal Grammar School has a responsibility for and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The person appointed to this post will be required to apply for an enhanced Disclosure Certificate from the DBS.
