Profile Cutting Machine Operator/ Programmer

Whittaker Engineering (Stonehaven) Limited are an engineering and manufacturing company who service the marine, offshore and associated industries.

Due to continued growth the Company are looking to recruit a full time Profile Cutting Machine Operator/ Programmer to be based at our facility in Stonehaven. The successful candidate will work in our Fabrication Workshop in the safe operation and maintenance of 4 CNC Profiling machines: 2 Waterjet Cutters and 2 Oxyfuel Cutters.

Candidate preferably to have a general engineering background, previous experience of CNC operation/ AutoCAD would be beneficial. Interpretation of engineering drawings is also desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must be computer literate and be willing to work overtime as required.
