They provide flexible and tailored credit solutions to pan-European companies, The role: Helping/leading investment workstreams in identification of potential investments for the fund Carrying out an initial business, sector and financial review of potential targets and wider market dynamics Contributing to the negotiation and drafting of legal documentation Regular interaction with management teams of existing/potential portfolio companies Primary day-to-day will involve financial modelling, valuations, commercial and financial analysis of investments as well as portfolio management & investor reporting Candidate background: Experience: 2- 5 years Background: Applicants are sought from investment banks, bulge bracket advisory firms, funds (PE/Special sits credit / hedge funds) Relevant teams M&A, restructuring, leveraged finance, modelling Experience of credit (eg leveraged finance) is of secondary importance to excellent/rigorous corporate finance skills (modelling, accounting, valuation skills)
