YOU WILL BE:

• Picking stock for, and dispensing of private and NHS prescriptions
• Dealing with incoming email and calls, answering questions and requests, solving customer problems and referring enquiries to the pharmacist
• Maintain the pharmacy inventory
• Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Organise medications for pharmacist to dispense by reading medication orders and prescriptions; preparing labels; calculating quantities; and other pharmaceutical therapies
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of medicines
• Maintain accurate records
• Work with suppliers to ensure medication availability

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and hard-working person, keen to develop themselves and the business within this diverse role. As a logical decision-maker, you must appreciate the importance of good communication within a fast-paced team environment. This role would suit a confident and ambitious dispenser, looking to progress their career within a leading digital organisation.

YOU WILL NEED:

• NVQ2 Dispensary Assistants Course or equivalent
• NVQ3 Dispensary Technician Course or equivalent

Pay: £11.00 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours) or Part time Mon-Wed: 8.30am-5pm
