Full Job Description

The Doubletree by Hilton Bristol City Centre is one of the leading 4* city centre hotels with 206 bedrooms and multiple conference rooms.

The hotel is now actively looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the busy Kitchen Team.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Ensure all food preparation meets standards

Prepare and present high quality food

Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination

Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly

Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation.

Salary: £12.00 per hour.

Eligibility

In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status).

Please note that working hours are 5.30am – 11pm and therefore if you are thinking about applying, you must be aged 18 or over due to working time regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00 per hour
