Operations Manager

Role: Operations Manager (40 hours per week)

Salary: £35k -£40k per annum

We are looking for an Operations Manager to come and join our diverse team and support us with our growth plans.

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the team. The Operations Manager role is a pivotal position that will support us with our growth plans.

Expectations

· Responsible for operational & strategic management and delivery of all our services

· Support our team of managers to drive excellence and business performance

· Drive innovation and implement any projects that will support our business objectives

· To manage and develop relationships with our clients, local stakeholders and employees

· Use initiative to move forward with impactful change management across the business

Experience

• Management experience in a hospitality setting (FM experience would be great but not needed)
• Excellent people management skills
• The ability to motivate and build a rapport with your team
• An innovative approach to identifying and resolve challenges
