Job Purpose:

The post holder will provide an efficient, responsive and professional customer service to all Students using the Student Wellbeing Service, which will include providing information and signposting to relevant services on a range of presenting issues and needs. They will work in partnership and engage with students to conduct an initial assessment (some of whom will present as distressed or presenting at risk), and subsequently, with the student¿s consent, refer them onto the most appropriate service deemed to meet their needs.

We intend to create a 12 month waiting list for same or similar roles within the University.
