Litter Picker in Derby DE21
Associated Cleaning Contractors ↗We are looking to recruit a Litter Picker to carry out litter picking within the perimeters of a large retail outlet on Wyvern Way, Derby, DE21 6NZ.
The role involves picking up any general waste with a litter grabber from the car park/grassed areas and low planted bushes, and putting in bin bags supplied. The required remit is to ensure that the area surrounding the store is kept free of rubbish and litter by carrying out a litter pick on a weekly basis. The rubbish is to be taken off site by the Litter Picker and disposed of in a responsible place/the local Refuse Disposal Site/Tip. For this, you are likely to need your own car, so please note this when applying.
The litter pick is to be carried out on one day per week, ideally the same day, but there is flexibility with this to suit the ideal candidate. It can be done any weekday or weekend, but is to be carried out during the day in order to get the job signed off by a member of staff from the store.
The payment is £110 per day/visit, and we are stipulating a minimum of 5 hours work per visit.
We will supply all bin bags and a litter grabber, you will need to pick up and responsibly dispose of the litter collected.
