Apprentice Asset Manager 2023- Sunderland & South Tyneside-Level 4

• Improvement and verification and correction of asset inventory in line with contractual obligations.
• Monitoring updates made to the Mayrise system, and working with Admin team to ensure they are correct and accurate
• Assist with Accrual/De-Accrual of assets
• Assist Contract & Asset Manager with varied day-to-day tasks
• Contribute to Monthly Monitoring & Monthly Service Reports
• Assist with contract compliance
• Assist with energy calculations and submissions

These roles are available in the following locations: Boldon/Sunderland

• You will need a minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent and five GCSE’s grades 9-4 or A-C including Maths, English and Science
• A passion to develop your career within the Rail sector
• Eligibility to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
• Ideally hold a full UK driving licence at the time of joining
