Health Care Assistant

We at Alpha24 currently require HCA/Support Workers to work in our private care homes and Supported Living sites within the Newcastle area. Our client requires candidates with experience in:

• Supported Living
• Acute Wards
• Autism
• Learning disabilities
• Elderly care
• Dementia
• One-to-one care

The clients currently require candidates that are flexible either working ad-hoc shifts or block bookings. They have full time work available and we can offer advance bookings of up to 1 week or up to 3 months. Both night and day staff are required.

Candidates that deliver an exceptional service will be offered block bookings

Applicants will be required to have a minimum of 1 years’ previous experience working within a healthcare setting.

Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role

• DBS/PVG
• Mandatory Training (we can also organize this)
• PMVA/MAPA Training - we can also offer this training
• Right to Work - If you are on a 20 hour student visa you are not eligible for this role.
• Proof of NI
• Car driver preferred but not required
• Covid- 19 Vaccination Card
