Graduate Business Systems Analyst

Tribell is an investment and asset management company that has developed and operated over £1 billion of office and residential assets across the UK.

The successful candidate will receive the following benefits:

• A salary of up to £32,000 per annum based on experience.

Requirements

• An analytical mindset and the ability to work through large amounts of data in a methodical manner.
• You are able to understand user requirements and can translate these into system development requirements.
• An understanding of PowerBI would be advantageous but not essential, as long as you are eager and willing to learn.
• A confident user of Excel to an advanced level, or you are able to demonstrate a capacity to pick this up quickly.
• We’d love to hear about any experience you may have in designing and/or developing systems.
• You drive and have access to a car.

The Role

Reporting to our Business Analyst you will have responsibility for the following:

• Developing and managing Tribell’s Microsoft Power BI platform, including:
• Creation of Power BI content

Operational teams support & training on Power BI
Monitoring new functionality & keeping content up to date.

• Management of remote servers to facilitate Power BI
• Management of 3rd party developers
• Taking operational requirements and creating systems development briefs for 3rd party developers
• Training operational staff on Tribell’s in house systems
• Providing helpdesk support for system issues for staff
• Implementation of new business systems for the business as required
• Managing Tribell’s phone systems
• Management of IT hardware.

Salary: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
