We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bartender/Barista to join the 21 Hospitality Group at our restaurant Café 21, within Fenwick Department Store, Newcastle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accordingly with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes
• Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding drinks on offer
• Be responsible for the restocking and replenishment of bar and supplies
• Ensure all transactions are carried out accurately
• To be accountable for stock and make the manager aware of any stock shortage
• Adhere to cleaning schedule and ensure procedures are followed
