Finance Coordinator (Part Time)

Responsible to the Finance Manager and working within the small, friendly Finance Team of the Botanic Garden, the role holder acts as deputy to the Finance Manager, and works with and reports, in the first instance, to them.

Having the required experience, skills and qualifications outlined in the Person Specification (see Further Particulars), the role holder provides expertise, key support and advice to the Department on finance matters.

The role holder will support the Director, Assistant Director and Finance Manager in the management of the Garden's finances and assist with the provision of financial support for the Garden's activities, budget monitoring and the implementation of new financial systems and departmental initiatives.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
