FULL time DRIVER/ WORKSHOP SUPPORT

At Exhibition Plinths, we manufacture and deliver a wide range of quality glass display cabinets in multiple shapes and sizes throughout the UK.

We are currently looking to recruit a FULL TIME - DRIVER/WORKSHOP SUPPORT to join our expanding team.

Minimum 40hrs paid per week @ £12.50 per hour

Working Hours must be flexible due to driving delivery times and locations however the workshop is open from 9am - 5.30pm on the occasions you are not driving.

You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week but the hours will be depending on Client needs so you will expect to work evenings and weekends where necessary.

Overtime will be available for you to work during our busy periods.

We will need you to:

• Be able to work weekends when needed and enjoy over night stays.
• Have experience and confidence in driving throughout the UK but predominately London and Scotland.
• Carry out driving duties as instructed by the Office Manager, to include delivering, setting up and collecting display cabinets at Clients locations.
• Liaise with the Client contacts on site.
• Assist with cabinet making and general duties in the workshop when not driving.

The role can be physically demanding and will involve loading/unloading and some setup of our plinths and glass cabinets upon arrival to site.

A typical week could involve a delivery to London and then an early collection the following day, then back to London or Scotland and 1-2 days in the workshop.

Nights away will be required, however full expenses will be paid.

To apply for this role you will be over 30 and hold a clean uk drivers license for more than 3 years.

• Axbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
