Producer

Vivienne Westwood is currently recruiting for an experienced Producer to join our team based at our Head Office in Battersea, London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate, schedule, and production for the global marketing calendar, including international fashion shows, shoots, campaigns, exhibitions, retail-events, special projects and brand collaborations.
• Accurately and confidently communicate creative ideas to suppliers on behalf of the creative team when required.
• Report, plan, prioritize and manage workloads across multiple productions with Senior Producer & Head of Creative Content.
• Draw up production budgets, schedules and critical paths to ensure smooth running productions and clear communication to the wider business.
• Negotiate competitive rates and associated usage rights with preferred partners across each production, ensuring projects always remain on budget and to schedule.
• Prepare and modify event contracts with the legal team as requested for each project.
• Oversee travel arrangements & logistics for international projects.
