Facilities and Operations Manager

The Watermill is seeking a proactive, collaborative and experienced Facilities and Operations Manager to take responsibility for our unique site.

The Facilities and Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall facilities management, including health and safety, site and building operations and security. They will also lead on the delivery of The Watermill’s Environmental Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and developing an historic site so that the facilities and operations support the needs of a thriving producing theatre and its communities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
