Support Worker/Carer/ senior carer

Roman park is a small family run care home in Syston with a wonderful group of residents who are looking for someone who is caring ,and consistent to help the residents live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual's well-being.

We are looking for people who are reliable, provide high standards of care,flexible in their approach and sensitive to the needs of our residents and able to use own initiative and organise meaningful activities.

In return you will be working in a beautiful clean environment with high standards of cleanliness and care. Will be supported by a long standing staff team.

Experience preferred along with medication training. But we would be happy to provide training.

Shifts 7am -3pm and 2pm-10pm Waking nights 10pm to 8am
We can be flexible
Must be able to work alternate weekends. Some waking night will be required to cover holidays
