Floor Staff/Server

We are looking for a person with an incredible personality to join our team in the most exciting Dining Experience.

The job role is a permanent, either part-time or full-time Front of the House with an immediate start, and will include providing exceptional customer service in order to create unforgettable memories for our amazing Guests and maintaining a fun place to work alongside our hard-working Team.

What you will be doing

• Be devoted to our Guest by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Work as a team in setting up and preparing the restaurant before service begins
• Consider your Guests' satisfaction at every stage from seating them at their table to ensuring their bill is paid and they are happy
• Develop a high level of knowledge about our menus and share your opinions on choices of dishes, wine, or cocktails
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy fine dining restaurant or brasserie
• Enjoy and know our food and wine
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £7.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
