Kitchen Assistant/Front of House

We have an exciting opportunity for people to join the team here at Chaiiwala, Southall. We are looking for people who can work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Applicants must be available to work between 08:00 and 00.00 Monday to Sunday on either a full time or part time basis.

• Kitchen Staff
• Front of House
• Shift Supervisors

Daily duties:

• Welcoming customers and determining their interests in hot and cold beverages.
• Producing and serving extraordinary tea, coffee and other beverages.
• Deliver the highest levels of customer service that encourages feedback and return custom
• Be knowledgeable about all products on offer and be able to comfortably answer any customer queries
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations
• Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £7.00-£10.50 per hour
