General Cleaner- Zero Hours Contract

We are an intimate well established family run Wedding and Events Venue in situated in a beautiful riverside location in the heart of West Berkshire.

We are currently looking for a Cleaning Operative to help maintain the current high standards of presentation at our venue.

This Role IS Based onsite at The Old Mill Aldermaston - RG7 4LB

£11 Per Hour - This Role will be for Adhoc cleaning in between Weddings, shifts can be selected by agreed with yourselves as per the business requirements

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of all Front of House public areas including toilets, bar, Ceremony rooms, main function rooms and main kitchen and limited outside areas/fixtures and fittings.
• Cleaning of staff communal areas, including (but not exclusive to) office, kitchen & toilets.
• Notify Management of any areas requiring attention/repair. * Participating in the monitor of cleaning stock levels and notifying management if items are running low.*
• Ensure all daily and weekly cleaning schedules are adhered to.
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures.
• To timorously carry out any reasonable requests made by a member of the Management team. * Ensuring all equipment is stored in the correct places/manner and any defects in equipment is reported to a member of the Management team.*
• Ensure all necessary preparations are in place for the Venue prior to functions, along with ensuring post function clean-up activities are completed.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work weekends, early or late shifts.
• Experience preferrable, but not essential.
• Own transport an advantage, (whilst there are local transport links these are limited)
