Digital Marketing Executive

At our branch in Fulwood, Preston we operate several market-leading recruitment websites in the Law, Automotive, and Aviation industries, to name a few. These websites allow employers to advertise their roles quickly and efficiently and provide a platform for candidates to search for jobs in their specific industries.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar (Minimum 2 years)
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Organisational skills, you’ll be working to different KPIs
• Communication skills externally and internally, you’ll be working with the product team, giving updates (need to be comfortable speaking with partners, etc)
• Analytically minded, ability to look into results, performance, stats
• Good with copy and writing creatively for different audiences
• Confidence to share ideas, contribute and get involved!

Responsibilities:

• Brand Awareness on social, improving to encourage people to visit the site and sign-up to become members and candidates
• Nurturing existing audience through email, social, content, and jobs that are useful to them at the stage of their career
• Work with Product Team to feedback on site performance, conversions, what’s working, and what could be improved
• Putting forward ideas to the design team to achieve targets and objectives
• Maintaining Paid Media, managing budgets and keeping a close eye
• Identifying opportunities to partner with other businesses or tools we can use and seeing it through from start to finish
• Automation, being comfortable identifying touchpoints that we should be contacting people and thinking of flows for the different stages of the user journey
