We are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our rapidly developing business.

Your main role within the business will be butchery and cutting portion-controlled steaks to specification and weight range.

Our Ideal candidate will have experience within a fast-paced environment cutting steaks at high volumes. Preferably a factory environment.

Monday - Friday (no weekends)

All candidates must have:

• Butchery experience
• Experience in a similar job (portion controlled cutting) Retail or Wholesale
• Safety-conscious approach
• Attention to detail and a good with numbers/weights etc
• An interest in meat and meat preparation, and food in general
• Excellent personal hygiene and cleanliness
• The ability to work well as part of a team
