Green Street Butchers is a traditional and family run business, located in the heart of Bath. We pride ourselves on providing top quality, locally sourced produce, with exceptional customer service.

We are now recruiting for butcher to join our team.

The successful candidate will be highly knowledgeable about the butchery trade, and will have a passion for providing top quality products. This position is responsible for managing the butcher shop, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are met.

Our butchery forms an important part of our food led group of hospitality businesses. As chefs we focus on sourcing the very best grass fed, free range, nature breed animals from the UK. We respect the whole animal, the life it has led and devise our menus to use the whole animal.

Customer service & thirst for provenance & product knowledge is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bath, BA1 2JZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Butchering: 2 years (preferred)
