Description:

• Use bandsaws, mincers, knives, and other tools to cut meat down into smaller portions as per retail requirements.
• Ensure correct packaging and weighting.
• Ensure that strict food standards and hygiene regulations are met.
• Comply with Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean working environment and clearly communicate with colleagues.
• You will perform inspections on equipment prior to use.
• Clean and maintain all tools and equipment.
• Ensure that daily and weekly inventory records are kept.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday.
• 0600am to 1400pm.

Hourly rate is negotiable based upon experience.
