We are seeking an Accommodation Supervisor for our team of cleaners covering Addlethorpe Golf & Country Club, Helsey Farm Park, Poplar Farm Park. This is a seasonal full-time role.

Reporting to Senior Management, you will be required to supervise your team to provide a professional service in a safe manner, to our holiday guests and ensure that standards such as presentation and cleanliness are always outstanding and create the very best first impression.

About The Role:

· Supervising a team to deliver high accommodation standards through cleaning and maintenance.

· Monitoring accommodation quality ensuring that the customer experience exceeds expectations, and all operating standards are achieved.

· Proactively supporting in the development of all accommodation team members, ensuring that any training requirements are met.

- Ensuring rotas are correct and able to provide outstanding service through appropriate staff levels

About You:

· Have previous experience of supervising or managing a large team, ideally within a housekeeping function.

· Be a team, customer, and focused individual with the ability to achieve.

· Be experienced in managing a rota system.

· Have the ability to work and enjoy a fast paced and high-pressure environment.

· Have experience of taking accountability and responsibility for personal and team development.

- Be able to travel between various locations

• Accommodation Cleaning: 3 years (preferred)
• Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving License (preferred)
