Job Title: Associate

Reports to: The Chief of Staff & the Head of Supply and Integration

Location: Work from home. Twice monthly work meet-ups

Starting Salary: £20,000 (plus potential bonus)

Working Hours: 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday

Research For Good operates in the market research space. Its primary business is connecting people who would like to answer surveys, with companies that provide those surveys. These transactions occur over the internet.

Job Summary

The Programmatic Associate position ensures that this work is fulfilled at optimal volume, efficiency, and profitability, using RFG’s proprietary platform and by working closely with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple customer and supplier accounts as directed.
• Monitor and improve performance, quality and volume through data and technical analysis.
• Produce and assess data in order to recommend/execute improvements.
• To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy.
• To perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
• Achieving all assigned objectives and executing deliverables according to instruction.

Qualifications:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable with numbers and using spreadsheets.
• Comfortable working remotely using Slack and Zoom and Google Suite, and interacting with colleagues and clients in multiple geographies.
• Comfortable representing RFG with clients/suppliers in a professional and agreeable manner.
