Band Saw Operator

We are recruiting for an experienced Bandsaw Operative to work for our client who are in Sheffield Area.

THE DUTIES OF A BANDSAW OPERATIVE / TECHNICIAN

· cutting a range of grades to relatively tight tolerances.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS OF A BANDSAW OPERATIVE / TECHNICIAN:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be familiar with using a tape measure, verniers, engineering squares and comfortable reading and interpreting working instructions.
• FLT and crane experience is desirable

THE HOURS FOR A BANDSAW OPERATIVE / TECHNICIAN:

You will work a day shift - Monday-Friday 40 hours.

THE PAY FOR A BANDSAW OPERATIVE / TECHNICIAN:

You will earn an hourly rate of between £11.00 to £14.00 an hour depending on experience.

• Press Brake Operator: 1 year (preferred)
