CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

To aid the future growth of the business, we are looking for a CNC Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team, based in Northampton. You would be responsible for all aspects of supporting production equipment such as implementing and carrying out detailed scheduled preventative maintenance, ensuring a smooth running of the facility.

The Role:

• Maintenance and repair of CNC machine tools.
• Maintain and repair ancillary equipment and conveyor systems.
• Maintain all other equipment used in the production process.
• Able to ensure safe working practice.
• Assist with identify critical spare requirements.
• Assist with TPM program.
• Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
• Support the Company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice.

Candidate Profile:

• Both electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experienced in systematic fault finding.
• Vocationally qualified.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• A good communicator.

Shift 1

Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00

Friday: 06:00 - 13:00

Shift 2

Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00

Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

Shift 3

Monday to Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00

Friday: 20:00 - 03:00
