Park Warden

RoyaleResorts are a rapidly growing company providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

We are looking for Warden to be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds at Green Pastures, Hampshire.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

· To manage the check-in/check-out process

· Provision of a warm and welcoming introduction to customers upon arrival, escorting them to their pitch and providing them with all the relevant information

· Manage and finalise touring bookings

· Answer the phone and respond to client enquiries

· Responsible for the opening and closing of reception in accordance with reception opening hours and roster

· Complete general grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, strimming and edging

· Maintain park hedges, trees, flower borders, walkways, fencing and paths as required

· Maintaining pitches/footpaths/roadways free from litter, leaves, ice/snow and falling debris

· Perform cleaning duties of the ablution block

· Promptly and professionally respond to security and other emergencies ensuring that where applicable

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6/7 months

Salary: £10.42 per hour
